Improving Wellbeing Through Breathwork
There are many ways to improve wellbeing, whether it be getting active, eating well, or getting enough sleep. In this webinar, Clinical Psychologist and Senior Yoga instructor, Kaitlin Harkess introduced us to a new technique to improve wellbeing: breathwork.
You can use breathwork to improve mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing, which, in turn, will affect several areas of your life, including creativity, focus, and even boosted immunity.
This webinar will equip you with the tools to perfect breathwork and easily incorporate this technique into your everyday life so that it can make a positive impact on your wellbeing. Towards the end of the event, there will also be time to ask Kaitlin questions.
