Breaking Down Mental Health Stigmas
It’s time to break down the barriers surrounding mental health.
Steven Gamble is no stranger to witnessing mental health conditions and feeling helpless to do anything about it. So he founded Man Anchor, an organisation dedicated to providing a safe space to support the growth of mental health literacy.
In this interactive workshop, Steven, a mental health first aider, shared his practical wisdom for understanding and better managing mental health. We talked about how to recognise the signs of a mental health crisis, the signs and symptoms of mental health problems, and why these conversations are so important.
Watch this replay to gain tools and learn techniques that can help you to help those around you when they need support. You’ll also learn how to create opportunities for conversations about mental health, and tools to keep yourself on the good side of the mental health spectrum.
This workshop is for you if you care about those around you, whether it’s at work, at home, in sporting groups or social networks.
Watch the workshop replay below to learn more about how to care for the wellbeing of those around you — and expand your own toolbox with techniques to better manage your own wellbeing too!
