Drop Bio Healths Top 5 Webinars Of 2022

2023 is finally here, and with that comes many more exciting times and webinars for us here at Drop Bio Health. 2022 was a pretty busy year. With over 30 webinars and endless guest health experts, we learnt a lot about our health and built a strong relationship with our health experts and you, our members, as we travelled our health journeys together.

We have many new and exciting webinars lined up for this year but before we announce them, let's reflect on our top 5 from 2022.

1. Game-Changing Hacks For A Healthy Family with Amelia Phillips

This webinar taught us simple hacks to change the game for parents. All are backed not only by science but also by her personal experience as a mother of four and her career as a registered exercise scientist and nutritionist.

From time-efficient ideas to boost family diet, how to control screen time, promoting brain health and immunity, ways to identify addictions and depression, and much more, this event made the top 5 of 2022.

2. Nutrition: Back To Basics with Shelley Mckenzie 

Nutrition is one of the main pillars of health and wellbeing. In this webinar, clinical nutritionist and naturopath Shelley Mckenzie took us back to the foundations of nutrition to help us all take control of our everyday diet.

From her method, 'The Palm Size Method', the 80/20 approach, eating for your age and weight goals, and all the nutrition misconceptions, this webinar helps you get your nutrition and eating habits back on track.

3. Working Through Menopause with Dr Ginni Mansberg & Shelly Horton

In this webinar, Shelly Horton and Dr Ginni Mansberg run through their online workplace course 'Don't Sweat It" - built to educate workplaces on peri-menopause and menopause support.

Whilst doing so, they discuss the basics of Peri-menopause & menopause, the "hormone glass ceiling", the importance of workplace awareness, managing symptoms, and everything about life with menopause.

4. Improving Wellbeing Through Breathwork with Dr Kaitlin Harkess

This webinar was our last of the year, and it couldn't have been a better note to end on. Clinical Psychologist & Senior Yoga instructor Kaitlin Harkess introduced us to a new technique to improve wellbeing: breathwork.

You can use breathwork to improve mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing, which, in turn, will affect several areas of your life, including creativity, focus, and even boosted immunity.
